About Christina Seibold, MS, CNS®, CN

Founder of Elevate Functional Nutrition

As a functional nutritionist, my goal is to provide clients with a holistic, personalized plan to support any physiological imbalances that may be present. I combine a whole-foods approach with lifestyle coaching that empowers my clients to adopt healthy lifestyle habits and develop a positive relationship with food.

Figuring out what to eat, when to eat it, and how much of it to eat can be overwhelming. It can be hard to decipher what the science is really saying about nutrition and health, especially in the times of fad diets and social media hacks. Most people flounder somewhere in the middle, subsisting on a steady diet of drive-thru and misinformation, which is why I am thrilled that you are here.

My passion to help individuals discover the powerful benefits of a whole-foods diet started several years ago during my first career in the pharmaceutical industry where it became evident that there was very little emphasis on how diet and lifestyle choices can impact human health. I constantly wondered why prescription medications are often used as the first intervention when diet and lifestyle changes can have amazing impacts on one's health. The lack of nutrition education in our healthcare system propelled me to dig into Functional Medicine/ Functional Nutrition and become a practitioner who could confidently share all the benefits of healthy living with others.

I use the principals of Functional Medicine to help my clients discover the root cause of their concerns, leaving behind the one-size-fits-all approach. Each one of us has unique biochemistry, genetics, food preferences, and lifestyles, which requires a personalized approach to health and wellness. I spend as much time as it takes to identify any area(s) of imbalance, followed by unique food, lifestyle and supplement recommendations that are tailored to specific health concerns. No band aids, fads, or protocols here. Check Out What We Do.

You are an individual. Shouldn't your care plan be unique to you? I think so!
