Food Sensitivities
Often times a food sensitivity exists without knowing it is there, causing chronic systemic inflammation and dysbiosis that can negatively affect the intestinal barrier. When this occurs, the tight-junctions of intestinal cells can “leak”, causing symptoms that include bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, and low energy.
Removing individual trigger foods can help to heal the structural integrity of the G.I. tract, improve overall health, and balance gut microbiota populations.
